Accessibility Statement · הצהרת נגישות
Tal m3Dical is committed to providing an equal, accessible service to all visitors, including people with disabilities. We work to make this website conform to the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Act (1998), the Service Accessibility Regulations (2013), and Israeli Standard IS 5568 at Level AA (based on WCAG 2.1).
Accessibility features
- An accessibility widget (round button at the bottom-left of every page, or press Alt+A) offers text enlargement, high contrast, link highlighting, a readable font and stopping animations.
- Full keyboard navigation, including the project-intake form (Tab, Enter and Space).
- Alternative text (alt) on images for screen readers.
- The site honours the operating-system reduce motion preference (prefers-reduced-motion).
- Semantic heading structure and full text content on every page, beneath the 3D experiences.
- Colour contrast meeting the 4.5:1 requirement for regular text, and visible focus indication for keyboard users.
Known limitations
The site includes interactive 3D (WebGL) experiences that are inherently visual. The substantive information on every page — service descriptions, specifications and contact options — is also available as regular text accessible to screen readers. Accessibility improvements are ongoing, and some components may not yet be fully accessible.
Alternative service channels
All services are fully available by phone, WhatsApp or email, without using the website.

Medical Data Handling Policy (CT/MRI)
Core Principles
- No physical discs accepted. We do not accept or store clients' physical media (CD / DVD / USB).
- Client-side anonymization. If a client has only a disc and no digital copy, anonymization is performed on the client's computer using a provided tool, before any file is transferred to our encrypted drive.
- Deletion after segmentation. After segmentation is complete, all medical data files (including anonymized copies) are permanently deleted. Only the non-personal 3D model file is retained for project purposes.
Security Measures
- Encrypted transfer channels and encrypted portable drives.
- Access restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
- Secure storage and disposal procedures for temporary working files.
Responsibilities
- Client: Must ensure they have the right to share the data and must perform anonymization (with our guidance) before any transfer.
- Tal m3Dical: Refuses to hold client physical media; permanently deletes medical source data post-segmentation; retains only non-personal 3D outputs.
Retention
| Data type | Retention |
|---|---|
| Medical source data (CT / MRI DICOM) | Zero retention, deleted post-segmentation |
| Anonymized copies | Deleted together with source data |
| 3D model files (non-personal) | Retained per project agreement for QA / versioning |
Incidents & Notifications
If a privacy/security incident could affect individuals, we will notify the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority and affected parties as required by law.
